And I mean super quick. The basic idea….ummm…OK, the whole idea’s actually from Nigella Lawson’s show Nigella Feasts where she uses frozen raspberries (you should have seen the sorbet like texture…yummm…) and yogurt topped with crushed biskies.

Usually I make this typically English dessert with loads of layers and yeah… jelly. But lack of time and unbelievable laziness has led me to super-quick solutions. This one’s similar to the one from the show, except that I used Oreo’s Choc-cream filled biscuits (adds an amazing crunch to the gooeyness of the yogurt), homemade yogurt which is sour, so you could mix in some powdered sugar (but try and leave it sour, tastes delish with the mango) and of course, mangoes, deliciously seasonal, any kind, coarsely chopped. Layer all of it as you want in glass cups (or bowls), in whatever order you want.

Serve chilled.
